How does the delivery process work?

Upon receiving your order, our team inspects the products to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing our quality check, the items are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners strive to bring the package to you at the earliest. If there are any issues reaching the provided address or finding a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the matter.

International Shipping: International clients are responsible for any import duties levied by their government. These duties are not included in the payment made to LA VIVO and will need to be paid separately upon receiving the product.

How are items packaged?

Our products are packaged in boxes, which are then covered in a protective plastic layer. Each product is wrapped in bubble wrap for added protection. Fragile items, such as bottles, receive additional bubble wrap to ensure their safety during transit. We take pride in the quality of our packaging to ensure your products reach you in the best condition.

Shipping Locations:

LA VIVO ships throughout India and has recently expanded its shipping to Nepal. We are continuously working on adding more countries to our shipping list.

Tracking Your Order:

After dispatching your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the courier company’s details processing your order. You can track your package’s status 24 hours after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Some of our trusted courier partners include Aramex, DTDC, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Wow Express, Delhivery, and Tanvi Express.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Most orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). However, certain products might need to be sourced directly from the brand to ensure you receive fresh, non-expired products. This might cause a slight delay in shipping. For international orders, delivery might take longer due to logistics, public holidays, etc. During mega sale events, dispatches might be delayed due to increased volumes, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.

Multiple Shipments:

In some cases, your order might be shipped in multiple shipments. This can occur if parts of your order are being shipped from different warehouse locations. However, you will only be charged for shipping/COD on the first package you receive.

Shipping Charges:

For orders within India:

• A flat charge of Rs.70 is applied to all orders below Rs.499.
• Free shipping is provided for all orders above Rs.499.
